PEC H2S Clear was designed to improve employee safety for general industry workers who may potentially come in contact with hydrogen sulfide in the workplace. PEC H2S Clear provides students with crucial knowledge of the dangers of H2S and the precautions, tools, and controls necessary when working in potential H2S environments.
Upon completing the course, all students are issued a physical and digital PEC ID card with their name, company name, picture, and barcode, and completed the course. All students are automatically entered into PEC’s Advanced Training Tracker, where your company’s clients and auditors can view proof of employee orientation.

Once the Instructor-led components are completed, the student will be assigned nine (9) online CBT courses within PEC’s eLearning system. The 45-minute courses will cover the following subjects: Hazard Communication; Lockout Tagout; Welding Safety; Occupational Noise; Excavation and Trenching; Forklift Safety; Cranes and Rigging. SafeLandUSA and SafeGulf components are Instructor-led.

PEC Basic Orientation is the most widely used safety orientation in the US onshore and offshore E&P Industry. Accredited by SafeLandUSA and SafeGulf, this one-day safety orientation can give your employees both credentials. PEC Basic Orientation meets API RP 75 & API RP T-1 requirements in a comprehensive one-day instructor-led format. It provides a basic understanding of general safety information at an awareness orientation level.

PEC’s Basic Pipeline is a one-day safety orientation that meets SafeLandUSA, Kinder Morgan, and Colonial Pipeline Midstream Training Qualifications (MSTQ) requirements and the Gold Shovel Standard certification. Basic Pipeline provides general safety information that workers need to know before entering a company facility and performing their assigned work duties. Students will learn about hazards they may encounter in the pipeline industry and become familiar with various practices to mitigate those hazards. Students will also understand their rights under OSHA and how those rights apply to their workplace.
